Handy stay but a bit pricey
The staff were helpful and obliging the food in the restaurant was tasty. Handy location just off the motorway
Rather expensive stay. The restaurant when we stayed was chilly there were one or two (including me) kept our coats on

Very Good
Room was clean and modern. Pool area was really good. We arrived mid afternoon on a hot day so it was very nice to cool off in the pool.. Good parking facilties. Hotel restarunt and bar expensive. There was other places to eat and a large supermarket close by.
Hotel restaraunt and bar were expensive so we eat elsewhere. Hotel entrance is very easy to miss and drive past. If you do it is a 3 mile trek to get back due to one way roads and slip roads etc.

What was the highlight of Novotel Nancy
In general a good hotel but one staff member lied to us which is a NO GO for me.
Good location close to the event place where concerts take place.
In the morning we asked for a late checkout. This was refused by telling us that the hotel was fully booked. I checked through booking.com and booked a room through booking for one more night in order to be able to do a late check-out. I do not appreciate at all that staff lies to me. She should have just told me that there is a policy that does not allow late check-outs or whatever the truth was.
